The viewType works well in display / authoring forms when used properly.
However, the explain record view is not customizable in terms of views.
If you click on the golden, you get the golden data.
If you click on a laster, you get the master data.
This can't be altered.

I am trying to use a condition for visibility on a form field with
viewType='GD' for when golden record is clicked on the graph view of explain record so the value being shown in the right-panel form is from golden record. However, this does not work.
Can someone explain what could be the reason or what could be the work around?
