Is there a way to set up a master-detail relationship on browse mode?

I want to click on a ListA item and get all things related in ListB and vice-versa. I know how to do it on Edit Mode, but I don't get it with the Browse Mode. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

You can define the transition from ListA to ListB in the Business View . Please refer to the Configure the Transitions section of of our xDM guide.
