If this LOV is a simple attribute of type LOV, then there is no way - that I know of - to filter the values on a condition.
However, if it is a closed list of values, then you could directly put those values in the "List Items" with the list type set to "manual-list":
But if the LOV is a reference, then you can configure a picker filter in the stepper for this reference. And there as you'll be able to use semql, conditions can be added up to semql capabilities:

Is there a way to filter the entries displayed in an LOV in a form? Let say I have an LOV with 10 entries but I only want to offer up 6 of the 10 to the user. Is this possible?
