Which REST API that can be used for "Deploy Model Edition" ?

From the REST API link on the Welcome page, in the upper right menu, select Model and Application Management.
Under Data Locations, you will find a number of request samples, one of which is Deploy Model Edition. You will need to supply your particular Data Location name as part of the request.
